Our Return Policy
We accept returns within 15 days of delivery for most items in their original condition (unused, unworn, with tags attached and in original packaging). Some specialized equipment may have different requirements (see exceptions below).
Important: For hygiene reasons, APPAREL that has been worn or washed cannot be returned. All BADMINTON equipment and AFL gear must be returned in original packaging with all protective coverings intact.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

- Wait for approval: Our athlete-focused support team will respond within 48 hours with return instructions.
- Package your item: Securely repackage the item in its original packaging with all accessories.

Return Shipping Costs
- Customer responsibility: You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
- Original shipping: Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Exchange shipping: We cover standard shipping costs for exchanges.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return:

- Refund method: Original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, PayPal)

- Credit/debit cards: 5-10 business days after processing

Exchange Process
For size exchanges or product swaps:
- Follow the standard return process above
- Clearly indicate in your email that you want an exchange
- Specify the replacement item/size needed
- We’ll ship your new item once the return is received
Non-Returnable Items
For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Used apparel (jerseys, shorts, compression wear)
- Personal protective equipment that shows signs of use
- Opened packages of sports balls
- Custom or personalized items
