All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

- Standard Shipping ($12.95): Delivered via DHL or FedEx within 10-15 business days after processing
- Free Shipping (Orders over $50): Delivered via EMS within 15-25 business days after processing
Note: Delivery times may vary slightly for remote locations. We currently cannot ship to certain Asian regions and some remote areas.
Our Hassle-Free Returns Process
We accept returns within 15 days of delivery for most items in their original condition (unused, with tags attached and in original packaging). Here’s how it works:

Return Shipping Costs
- You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable
- We cover standard shipping costs for exchanges

Once we receive and inspect your return:

Exchange Process
For size exchanges or product swaps:
- Follow the standard return process above
- Clearly indicate in your email that you want an exchange
- Specify the replacement item/size needed
- We’ll ship your new item once the return is received
Non-Returnable Items
For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Used apparel (jerseys, shorts, compression wear)
- Personal protective equipment that shows signs of use
- Opened packages of sports balls
- Custom or personalized items
- BADMINTON equipment and AFL gear not returned in original packaging with all protective coverings intact
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item:
