All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Options

  • Standard Shipping ($12.95): Delivered via DHL or FedEx within 10-15 business days after processing
  • Free Shipping (Orders over $50): Delivered via EMS within 15-25 business days after processing

Note: Delivery times may vary slightly for remote locations. We currently cannot ship to certain Asian regions and some remote areas.

Our Hassle-Free Returns Process

We accept returns within 15 days of delivery for most items in their original condition (unused, with tags attached and in original packaging). Here’s how it works:

Step-by-Step Return Process

  2. Wait for Approval: Our athlete-focused support team will respond within 48 hours with return instructions
  3. Package Your Item: Securely repackage the item in its original packaging with all accessories
  4. Ship It Back: Send to our warehouse at:

Return Shipping Costs

  • You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable
  • We cover standard shipping costs for exchanges

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Processing time: 3-5 business days
  • Refund method: Original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, PayPal)
  • Timeline:
    – Credit/debit cards: 5-10 business days after processing
    – PayPal: 3-5 business days after processing

Exchange Process

For size exchanges or product swaps:

  2. Clearly indicate in your email that you want an exchange
  3. Specify the replacement item/size needed
  4. We’ll ship your new item once the return is received

Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Used apparel (jerseys, shorts, compression wear)
  • Personal protective equipment that shows signs of use
  • Opened packages of sports balls
  • Custom or personalized items
  • BADMINTON equipment and AFL gear not returned in original packaging with all protective coverings intact

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item:

  • Include photos of the damage/defect
  • We’ll arrange a replacement or refund and cover return shipping
